TFTNT! I don't know how she will act. Penny has not been very predictable of late so who knows how she will act. All I do know is she is very up and down about their relationship so anything is possible with her. ;)

So 608 is yet another L/P focused episode? I am getting very unhappy. This will make 3 out of 4 shows starting with the Halloween one with them the focus. Time for L/P to go the backburner as we say on the soap boards. I want Leonard with someone new. Penny can leave the show for all I care.

So it looks like there will not be a S/A episode for sweeps. :mad: I wonder why the lack of Shamy centric episodes this season. Is it because of Mayim's injury? All I know is that I am a frustrated Shamy fan.

TFTNT! I have no idea how Penny is going to react to Leonard following Cole and trying to intimidate him for lack of better word.
But I've got to say that I was surprised about how accomodating she seemed during her earlier conversation with Leonard. I mean, she sent a text to Cole letting him know she was with her bf as Leonard wanted and she was willing to switch partners for that school report.
I did :lol: a lot while reading the sides. Good stuff from a comedy perspective. It remains to be seen if it's good for their relationship.

ETA - Sara, this is just one of the plots. We don't know what the other plots are. For all we know, this L/P story is plot B or C.

I think it all depends on how it plays out and what happens after she over hears him. Leonard has always been insecure which is something he needs to work on but it shouldn't lead to a breakup but it might give Penny more leverage in the relationship.

Yes, actually I found it funny. I was laughing out loud while reading it. Though I can't believe they went to the Jealous!Leonard route. I was about to make the thread's title: Because we now have a jealous Penny and a jealous Leonard.

Well, don't be too frustrated Sara. Who knows? Episode 7 might be a shamy one and episode 8 might only have L/P as a subplot this time. No offense L/P shippers.

Maybe this time Leonard and Penny will at least try to work things out.

I kind of cringe and laugh at the same time with the "stay frosty" line. Oh Leonard. :lol: I hope Penny thinks it's sweet and doesn't get too mad at him. This would be the perfect opportunity to SAY IT! :D

Well, it is only the 8th episode, there are 16 more to go. :lol: Season 5 had a few Shamy centric episodes, along with the Howard and Bernadette marriage storylines. L/P didn't get much to do there, aside from the 100th and the beta test. Sheldon and Amy are stable, we know where they stand with each other (granted Amy may be a page or three ahead of Sheldon there!), but Leonard and Penny are all over the place. It's a mess they need to get sorted IMO, and hopefully soon rather than dragging it out over an entire season. :sigh:
