I don't know if I can take much more of these spoilers...this is starting to get hazardous to my health. And the sides? I LOVE the way they are showing the takeoff, I was wondering how they were going to do that...it's just awesome...and the handholding? Please. Don't get me started. I loved that Penny took Leonard's hand...and that Sheldon was the one to take Amy's...very telling...Ahhh this is sooo huge, for everyone.

Oh I completely agree! 100% This shocked me so much because it felt like something I would expect to see in a finale...I have no clue what could happen next, I can't even think about that right now, and honestly I'm just so happy with this, they could have them giving each other death stares the whole next ep, and I'd still be cool with it. (ok maybe not, but you get my drift)

Completely seconded. As a Shamy shipper, I have much love for the Shenny folks out there (and all of the fans out there, really)...and I did think of you guys with the spaghetti thing. Please know that I don't think you guys are crazy or deluded at all, and I really appreciate how passionate we all are with our favorite ships. But the spoilers should be a great place for us all to unite and freak out (in a good way haha)...but yes...much much respect, for everybody, and you Shenny lovers need to hold on to everything you can and analyze away! It doesn't hurt my feelings at all, I respect it. We all just rock so hard.

Last page. It says "Without taking his eyes off the TV, Sheldon takes Amy's hand. Amy notices, then continues watching"

I think that the dialogue that each character has is meant to be significant too.

The other thing I noticed is that each scene is actually from different points in the episode (cold open, then act II, then tag) but come back to the "launch" scene. So I think we are probably going to get flashbacks to what happened through the day or previous days in other scenes.
Last but not least, the first page says there's a previously on so these two episodes are meant to be 2 parts of one big plot.

I almost jumped off the bus to school!!! My god what? SHELDON TOOK AMY'S HAND?! I WANT TO SCREAM FUS RO DAH but it's both appropriate and inappropriate for the situation. Hero- please don't take me wrong. I haven't been to tumblr for the past 27 hrs but I visited the Shamy tag today and saw someone say "SHAMY SUCKS...I WANT TO KICK THE WRITER'S BUTTS". I didn't like how it came off but I understand why some were having those feelings since I thought of Shenny when Shanon said Spaghetti and hotdog too.

Ooh a lot of mixed feelings with people about the latest episodes and spoilers.
(which as a regular creeper I am grateful for).

Personally, I'm sort of super excited mixed with a very large blob of
nervousness. I'm afraid of the ship wars this will and has already caused.

lil-terso I saw in the other thread you said about the nurse/spock... (I don't
know if this has been answered or not but...) Nurse Chapel in TOS was...
sort of in love with Spock that, from my memory wasn't returned by him.
But it's likely as Sheldon prefers TOS of StarTrek that they'd RP that instead of
Uhura/Spock (sadly since they're currently my favourite ship right now).

LOL, that nurse outfit just made me think that they're playing doctor. I didn't think about the implications in Star Trek universe. The fact that they're playing doctor is pretty fascinating by itself, IMO.
