Spoilers - Arrow S&S 110 - "I'm happy."-Oliver Queen

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island called Lian Yu. Oliver returned home to Starling City to his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, his old friend, Tommy Merlyn, and ex-flame Laurel Lance. However they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. Oliver secretly creates the persona of the Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and save his Starling City.

After a year of trying to atone for his father's sins by taking justice into his own hands. Oliver is changed by the death of his best friend, Tommy Merlyn, who dies during the undertaking caused by Malcolm Merlyn. He vows to honor his friends memory and save Starling City in a different way - refusing to be the "killer" he once was. With his team at his side, John Diggle his right hand man (ex soldier) and Felicity Smoak, his eyes and ears (computer expert). The two most important people in Oliver's life and journey towards heroism. Oliver, the Arrow and his team are cleaning up the city and protecting the citizens of Starling. Roy Harper, who hero worshipped the Arrow also is also a member of Team Arrow. Alongside honorary member, Captain Quientin Lance (who once hated the Arrow) at the helm in the police department. Oliver has many enemies lurking in plain site will he be able to defeat them...

^ I really hope they focus on her a lot more.. I appreciate everything that happened in season 3 for her.. but I want to see more of it, instead of having to imagine what happens.

There were a lot of characters from different shows that were missing, but just like with the Superhero fight club, CW wants to focus on the masked heroes since they are recognizable to the general public and to cash in on the superhero craze.

With Flash exploring the Multiverse next season, I would love it if we saw a more comic accurate Black Canary in one of the worlds he explores. Also hope that it impacts Arrow, maybe have some heroes get through to the main Earth and show up in Starling.

And it's still not an excuse for more BC than the actual Arrow. And if they can throw Wells in there, they can throw in other important characters from Arrow and the Flash. These shows are about so much more than masked heroes. It just wasn't an accurate representation of the show IMO especially not for a broad multi show promo like that.

Also personally I hope most of that other dimension, time travel stuff stays on Flash. It's just a lot to deal with and even though Arrow has metas and is connected to the Flash universe, I like that it still maintains a more grounded approach. I would just prefer that mess stay off of Arrow as much as possible.

^I can't wit either!! Official Olicity in season 4 is going to be so amazing!! And Oliver finally being happy is so huge and exciting. I can't wait for more happy Oliver!

A promo made up of old scenes, of course they are going to try promote their comic shows with the masked ones. Flash and Arrow aren't the biggest shows on the network just because it follows Oliver Queen and Barry Allen, people watch these two shows because they have superheroes in them. Firestorm was in like 3 episodes? And yet he was in there.

As far as the promo is concerned, as a felicity fan I'm not really bothered by it. It covered a lot of shows and it had one or two characters from each. When you have a such a big supporting cast while featuring numerous shows, of course they won't get everyone in. Plus the tone of that particular promo was kinda dark I thought. Not every character is going to fit in that category.

Sure I would have loved to see her in a big network promo though.

I for one think that Arrow needs to step it up a little so I hope they start embracing the source material a little more. Having some Earth 2 or Earth 3 heroes/villains show up would be exciting as hell since they would probably never have multiverse travel in the actual show, so might as well get the next best thing.

Now I want the next big crossover to be about their own version of the Crime Syndicate and have Team Flash and Team Arrow team up to bring them down.

If that stays the same, I wouldn't mind it. Though with the script probably not done yet, a lot could change.

See the rest of the shows made sense but Arrow and Flash representation was weird. There was plenty of Barry but then there was like half a second of Firestorm and a shot of Wells instead of Caitlin and Cisco or even Joe and Iris. And based on the Arrow footage you'd the it was the Black Canary and Green Arrow show which isn't the case. Of course everyone can't fit in but they didn't even try to fit others in. We didn't need five different shots of the BC. They could've fit in more characters, they just didn't for some reason. Sorry but it was a weird promo that didn't represent Arrow the right way in particular.

It's about getting other people interested, using Green Arrow/Black Canary is an easy thing.
