Mmm I don't think it's a psuedonym. I mean big Bang Theory didn't exist when Felicity was in college right? She's supposed to be around 30, correct?

Err...not a pseud actually used by the character in the show. The episode description just calls him "Felicity's ex-boyfriend." "Cooper Seldon" was only used when the character was originally announced. So I mean a pseud like, the Arrow prods used that as a pseudonym because they didn't want to say the character's actual name.

Yes, that name was likely used for the casting sides. To hide the real name of the character. That's what the spoiler sites will have picked on.
