Nik, being a water being cannot be far from water for too long a period (a week would kill her) and is constantly struggling to remain hydrated which the Mundy lotion helps greatly with.

He was a qualifier for the British National Team for the Summer Olympics when he was sixteen, he’d have placed first if he’d not been distracted by a decidedly green piece of track to the left of his lane. Oliver is also susceptible to the lull of a good tune (which once got in him a lot of trouble with the Pied Piper many years back) since his origins come from 16th century folk song.

She loves her husband Robin very much, even after all these years, but his strong history of generosity and athletic prowess have caused her to become a bit reckless through no fault of his own.

Loki’s survival is completely dependent on his ability to use his particular talent for lying, cheating and changeling appearance – there is no strength of tale to revive him should he die. Loki is now mortal. He is all about the Adversary, all the time, for his best hope of survival is at the hand of someone as ruthless (and less mortal) than he is.

Why the adversary had brought back someone who was known for her matchsticks was a mystery to her since she felt she couldn't provide a lot for them. Maybe it's the fact she could blend in with the crowd? Annalise wasn't exactly sure.

His reasons for being in Fabletown, however, aren't to do the adversary's dirty work, but to find Astra, the one who thwarted his plans many years ago during one of his routines. Loki
He loved a challenge as was evident in his perusal of Annalise who up until now showed only a passing interest. She was more pliant at the moment, true, but he chalked that up to being untouched for so long that it was simply a physical response. This was a little more than a challenge; it could be an ego crusher.

He scowled, still kissing her neck but this time, with eyes closed. In theory, seeing as she was responding to his ministrations, going so far as to touch him now, he could take this whole session further, go back on his word. The fact that this would make him monstrous didn’t bother him. He’d proved to be little better than that in past situations, he’d even paid for such trespasses by suffering years in agonizing pain. That hadn’t changed his nature at all – if anything it added a healthy need for revenge on top of his other less than stellar qualities. It did bother him that he might break his word, though. That was pristine, milky white, sure he lied (it was after all his occupation of choice) but he never gave his word along with those lies. It was a very thin tightrope to walk, but he managed.

“You don’t want to do it, fine,” He stopped massaging her, kissing her, skirting her touch with an agile step. “I was right the first time,” he said, having regained his smile. “You are frigid,” he shrugged, buttoning the shirt back up. “Excuse me; I’m going to going out to find a woman which is something you’ll never be. I’ll be back later. I expect the door be left open for me seeing you promised to be nice to me and you’ve failed marvelously so far,” he stared at her for a few moments waiting for retort. Some men when overcome with lust took cold showers, Loki just got meaner than usual.

His eyes felt heavy. He’d barely slept in the cell, in too much pain, or too angry, or too worried. “I can’t do anything for her,” he said bitterly. “I bet on the fact I could save you and she could save herself.” Oliver shook his head. “I wished on her,” he admitted in a voice just above a whisper. “With all that happened to her in the Homelands that’s got to be an insurmountable act of betrayal,” His was surprised to feel his eyes filling with tears, how stupid and how selfish. “I’m going to loose her, and why shouldn’t I?”

Reaching out a shaking hand to Glenda, he smiled. “Promise me I’m not going to lose you,”

OOC: Sorry for the crappy skip info. But I think most of our storylines have been kind of completed already. By the way, I'm not sure where to place Violet so if anyone wants to talk to her.

Skip Info: It's been three weeks since several of the Fables have gone missing. With those missing, this has sent some of the others over the edge. The only witness not connected with the adversary (Lyssa) who had been through the ordeal isn't quite in the right mind to talk about what had exactly happened or who was involved as her only food source had given her violent hallucinations that render her state of mind. David has been making plans to visit certain places in regards to the portals.

Lyssa
Had it been several days? Weeks? Lyssa felt she lost track of time as she sat up on what she assumed to be a bed. Sandy had dropped her off to the mayor's penthouse (or at least according to Sandy) to be under Marian's care while he sought to find out exactly what was it that caused Lyssa's hallucinations. She remembered the voices exchanging conversations with one another, mostly of Sandy emphasizing to her that Lyssa's blindfold should not be taken off under any circumstances.

Most of the time, Lyssa was in the bedroom, mostly silent. Occasionally she walked out and about, feeling the walls around. By now, she could memorize how to head for the adjacent bathroom but someone usually assisted her in the shower, passing the necessities such as the shampoo, conditioner, wash cloth and soap behind the closed glass curtain.

Someone brought her supper twice a day, sometimes attempting to make conversations with Lyssa. Conversations sometimes led to silence on Lyssa's end due to the awkwardness of someone else other than Sandy having spoken to her, or in her episodes, sounding like a wolf ready to attack that she would easily flinch and tremble.

So far, she had suffered a violent episode on her first day in David's place. It was after someone (she was not sure who it was) came in to talk to her. Lyssa's blindfold had loosened and just as she was about to tie it, the blindfold had slipped, revealing what she assumed was a wolf staring at her. Easily scared, Lyssa had screamed, beaning an alarm clock that nearly struck the wolf. If that was not a worst nightmare, she remembered several wolves running in to the room where she was to restrain her.

To Lyssa, her screams and cries were easily drowned by the sight of the wolves ready to feast on her, snarling, as they pinned her down to the bed. With her kicking and screaming, they had tied both Lyssa's arms and legs to each post of the bed before feeding her something to put her to sleep.

Even after all this time, Lyssa could not quite recall that particular memory that was often hazy and blocked from her mind that she had wanted to tell Sandy. Other than her own fears, there was a deep sense of guilt she had for her doctor and possibly her only friend. All those years of seeking help from her wolf problem and just when their next session could have possibly helped her cope with what happened back at the homelands, all of that had changed.

She sat a little more straight up when she heard the door creak open and footsteps walking in. Her fingernails scratched the wooden dresser, wondering who it was.

Or more likely, who was ready to kill her next.

Annalise
Sleeping on her bed, the last three weeks were, in the most cliche of terms, a roller coaster. With this so-called binding contract that Loki had roped her in, which she had to be "nice" to him for those three weeks, there were many times when Annalise was ready to crack and back out of the contract. Not that she had told Loki about it.

For the first several days, there were tensions that rose between the two. Annalise didn't seem to be giving enough to Loki and his ridiculous demands. Loki fired back in getting to her emotionally by saying that she could never be a woman, given the way that her reactions to his intimacy were stagnant.

Of course it was difficult to react how a typical woman should. Annalise had lived once, died once, and since being brought back to life by the Adversary, had felt what one could consider an empty shell. Perhaps if she had been alive throughout the whole time, the situation might have been a bit different. Maybe she might have been willing to accept the way he was on about her. One can never tell.

All the kissing, hugging, and even daresay the removal of clothes (though the furthest she had put up with was revealing a corset she sometimes wore and keeping her pants on) was something she would always resent Loki for making her do. Strange enough, as the thought left a bitter after taste on the tip of her tongue, Annalise found a sense of relaxation and freedom when he was "teaching" her a thing or two.

Not that she could ever be as good as Mary. But it did give Annalise some useful pointers the next time she goes after her target.

But upon hearing the all too familiar footsteps approach her side of the bed, Annalise did not open her eyes. Pretending to still be asleep, she turned over and covered herself with her blanket.

Adrian
Adrian sat on the couch, looking down at Oliver's phone that he confiscated. Only twice within the three weeks did he make a call to David regarding what was going on with Oliver. If one thing was for certain, negotiation is next to impossible between the Pied Piper and the Beast. The mind games were fun, no question about that. But even Adrian could not help but wonder what exactly has David got on his mind.

He took a quick glance at Nik in the tall fish tank, who seemed oddly happy as usual. Adrian had not told her about the fact that he had run in to Hansel at a storage unit further down the alley. That was bound to give her ideas. Ideas that might build her hopes up a little too much, only to watch them pop like a balloon.

Adrian had just finished dressing up Astra after she had gone to take a shower (under his flute's influence), complete with the obligatory rope binds and blindfold. But instead of tying her to the chair as usual, she placed her beside him on the couch, with her body curled up and her head rested upon the headrest to give the impression that she had fallen asleep.

Although he had visited Oliver last week, he was always in a debate on whether to send Astra in his place under the influence of his flute to see how his emotions would react. Granted that Astra was a wishing star and that Oliver could use that to his advantage...tsk.

"You seem pretty happy in there." He said to Nik without so much as turning his head to face her. Adrian had gotten used to Nik's presence overtime, but even her unusual bouts of happiness and ignorance had a habit at times of making his situation rather awkward to say the least.

Violet
The news of Fables having disappeared and are still missing was unsettling for Violet. With not having heard from Max the past two weeks, Violet could not help but feel a bit worried if he might have ran in to the ones responsible for the abductions. At the same time, another thought contradicted that worry as both she and Max had felt a sense of awkwardness towards one another with her blaming herself for the date they had gone out to. Neither of them really spoke of it when Violet spent the night at Max's house nor did she reveal to him what was on her mind.

Cleaning out the last shot glass from the counter, business was rather decent, especially for the mundys that stopped by for some liquor to keep them warm on their way home on the cool chilly night. Even the occasional flirt and fight did not seem to bother her as much. Violet found herself often caught up in her own emotions and regret when it came to the romance department, wondering if it was all too late for her to get a guy, truly, ever since her divorce with the one that claimed to be prince charming.

About to close the bar for the day, she proceeded to lock the cabinets containing the liquor when she heard the door swing open.

"Hey buddy, can't you read the hours outsi...oh?" Her sentence was cut short when she saw Clint walked in to the tavern. Violet's eyes had opened wide just a little, peering at him through the single floodlight on in the ceiling. "H-hi there." Her voice softened up.

She couldn't remember much what happened the past two weeks when she was in her drunken state but had been told by Max, who heard from Clint himself, that she had not only been mumbling things but had been throwing bottles ready to attack him. Not to mention saying things to Alana that probably shouldn't have said.

Since then, Violet had not seen Clint anywhere in town nor had he come by the bar. She was too much of a coward to call Clint at that point to apologize, unsure of how he would react.

"Did you want something to drink? I was about to close up for the day but I could fix you up something."

Loki loved showers. One of the few things he’d miss here in the Mundy world were he to actually get home was a showers. There were baths all over Asgard, with bubbles, without, in mother of pearl tubs, with waterfalls but no showers. In all of the heavens there were absolutely no showers. So, he took advantage of Annalise’s whenever he got the chance – the strong spray on his back working all those latent muscles, a quick drain, it was so refreshing.

He stood by the foot of her bed in nothing more than a towel watching her pretend to sleep. “You know, I can see you, you reached for the blanket that’s not a sleeping person reaction,” he tried not to smile, but failed. “Come on sleepyhead, we, meaning you and I in case you were wondering about the ‘we’ have something to do. It requires you be mobile. So get up, before I get in and you know what happens when that happens…”

“I am happy, sir, very happy,” Adrian’s voice could always cull her from sleep. She’d put her trust so unequivocally in him that she would do anything for him (well, mostly anything) and even the smallest inference that she should. She was so very happy. She had a home, the first real place she’d had that was hers since she’d lost the lake. It wasn’t the same thing but it was something and it was the nearest thing to beauty she could think of. “I would be happier if you would come in here, without the flute please,” she shuddered, ducking half her face back down into the water. She didn’t fear him, but that metal instrument it had something of the evil in it, she was sure. It corrupted her sir; it made him do not so good things. “If you don’t mind that is,” She flipped back into the water, sunk to the bottom and peered out with a shy smile.
