New Threads;
Before starting a new thread, please look at the board guide to see if there already an existing thread discussing the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed down.
Also, please make sure your thread title accurately reflects what the thread is about. And once a thread reaches 300 posts, please start a new one.
Game Threads;
All games on the Hilarie board must be on-topic with the subject of the board. Only one survivor game will go on at any one time. If you'd like to post a new game thread, please contact one of the board's
moderators, and we discuss adding the new game to the board.
Bashing;
Bashing in any shape or form is completely prohibited. This is a board for fans of Hilarie Burton, to talk about her, her movies, her life, etc. This includes bashing of fellow posters, the actors/actresses in any of Hilarie's projects, the characters, the writers, the crew and fan-bases.
If you have a conflict with one of the other posters, feel free to pm me or Petra and explain the conflict to us. We do ask you to keep all personal issues off the board and contact the poster(s) via pm instead. In addition, any icons/avatars, artworks, signatures, and thread titles that are offensive are not allowed.
Off Topic;
Please try and avoid off topic/friendly conversations in the discussion threads.
We understand off topic will occur when posters greet each other, and that is fine, but please keep it to a minimum.
Spoiler Talk;
Spoiler talk is only allowed in the designated spoiler threads, and any thread with a spoiler warning in the title.
No discussion or pictures are allowed to be posted in other threads until after the episode or movie airs.
Art made with spoiler pictures is also not allowed to be posted, instead just post a link to the art.
Double Posting; Please make sure not to double post. If you post more than once by accident, just edit the duplicates. We understand that sometimes it's unavoidable when FF is going slow, or is suffering from technical glitches but I do notice if it becomes a habit.
Quoting Pictures; Make sure not to quote any pictures when replying to a post. If you're going to quote a post that contains a picture, please make sure that you change it to the URL for the picture.
Thread Tagging: I would like to keep every thread tagged, so when opening a new thread, please remember to tag with the appropriate tags. If you are unsure of the site's tagging rules, the tagging guidelines can be found
here. There is already a tagging list for all the current threads further down the OP.
