I get why Karen left because she found out the truth about Dan killing Keith and she didn't want her daughter to be around a man who is responsible for her father not being around. But coming back earlier in Season 6 would have been amazing. Especially when Lucas and Peyton found out about her high-risk pregnancy, Lucas could've used some support during those times he needed to be strong for Peyton
