Is this the episode where destiny kicks in and LP break up? I've been waiting all season for that moment. I firmly believe Lucas is tying his shoe in the promo . Either that or saying a prayer

ok, so I've decided I think he proposes to her on the side of the road, but leaves the ring at home. because if you look at the picture of them kissing in his room, she looks like she's holding out her hand, or he's holding her hand or something.

if so, that's lame. propose with no ring? epic FAIL, Lucas Scott!

But if this scene is early in the episode then I dont think Lucas forgot it, just so that Peyton can have mixed feelings over it throughout the episode and then LP talk about it towards to end (cue the second scene from the promo).

It would kind of ruin the moment if Lucas forgot it so I highly doubt this is the case.

Peyton has a tendency to interrupt Lucas all the time; in 505, in 601 (with the "you're a mess" line then in the LA proposal). I think she'll be too shocked to say anything this time, though (hopefully).

which by the way Ambour, your sig/combo is hilarious. DAMN is right. i think they were trying to eat each other's face off. the closest LP has ever come to that is 601 and that was still relatively tame compared to NP.
