The worst thing I can think of for Georgina to do is to somehow mess up something with Bass Industries. Like she roofies him or something or other and Blair finds him all drugged up or something and he can't go. Or better yet, he goes to or calls Blair when he is for help and she finds a way to kill Georgina after Chuck isn't drooling.
