The just-released location photo above means that hot little kitty is debagged, and my sources confirm what your eyes are seeing: Gossip Girl's newest (old) hookup is Blair (Leighton Meester) and Nate (Chace Crawford). Gasp! What does this mean for the epic romance that is Blair and Chuck (Ed Westwick)? And why the frak are Nate and Blair back to nooky anyway? I've got the exclusive scoop... Sources tell me that unlike Blair and Chuck's deep adversarial passion, the renewed Blair and Nate coupling is about familiarity and comfort. According to one insider, "Blair and Nate are both at a crossroads. Blair has to accept she isn't going to Yale. Nate is being sucked into his family's expectations, and they are both there for each other and enjoy the familiarity. At first it's platonic, but, of course, that doesn't last long." Blate. Blah. Still, don't worry, Bluck fans. Even though Nate and Blair are playing tonsil hockey for the time being, I have it on good authority that Blair and Chuck have not been forgotten. For that matter, Gossip Girl boss Josh Schwartz just told the Chicago Tribune's wonderful Mo Ryan, "We get that that [relationship] works for people." | Yeah both scenarii would work. Him looking without her knowing would be really powerful too and something to say CB is endgame since B makes the decision to be with N without knowing how much C cares about her. | LOL. Carter will be used for drama - everything is drama on this show. But if he's somehow involved with Elle, then maybe he goes to see Blair as "revenge" for whatever Chuck did to him in the Elle plot? However, I can't see him causing a CB fight. I only see him solving part of the mystery of where Blair is. Or else complicating it in some way. | TFTNT Tati   IDK if Carter will actually stirr up trouble with CB but I believe that something angst might happen with them in 218 or 219 that causes her to go back to N because it doesn't make sense for me right now. and we know CB will have scenes, possibly in 218. I just think it will be made clear next epi that CB do still care deeply for one another but something will happen that could explain B going back to Nate. Even if she claimed he was dead to her, it still doesn't explain why she'd run back to him  I'm just so happy for finally gonna see Chuck caring for her and trying to help her. I'm convinced that she just disappears and CS, the pople that care most about her, are trying to find Blair __________________ [When you meet the right person, you know it. | I think that the simple fact of Chuck being in her life, but not being there the way she wants him to be is enough. I mean, that coupled with Yale problems, school problems, daddy problems... Plus Nate trapped in his own family problems and her supporting him? That's what will bring them together. I don't think she has to have another falling out with Chuck for NB to happen.
