They are so adorable here! I love how shy Ross got and how Rachel was just smiling looking at him, so cute! And in the uncut scene at the end of that moment I really love how she just took him in her arms, it was too adorable! (Although I don't know why but to me that hug at the end kinda seemed to be more something Jen did because of how cute he was or something lol like I said IDK why but I always felt like that while watching the scene, I think may be it's because of the way she smile.. anyway, either way it was so sweet lol )

Ross and Rachel's back-and-forth playing pranks on each other in the Vegas episode, never fails to amuse me: http://iamnevertheone.tumblr.com/post/33442556775 Actually, all of their interaction in the entire episode does. I mean, from the "physical act of love", to the pranks on the plane, to the getting drunk... to GETTING MARRIED. They completely stole the episode. __________________

Ahh, that cap is precious. Warm fuzzies, all around!
eta: I imagine they eventually had more kids. I like the idea of them having another girl, but I also have a soft spot for them having a boy, making Ross' 'fantasy' come true (girl first, boy second). Also, if they had a boy, it would be friggin' adorable if, when he and Emma began growing up, Emma took after her dad's personality (bookish, into dinosaurs), and the boy, after Rachel (ie: in with the "popular" crowd and so very not into dinosaurs ). Heh, overly-cheesy things that play through my mind. __________________

I was watching TOW Rachel's Phone Number earlier. I love that in that episode, and through most of the first half of season 9, they pretty much acted like a couple, and even the rest of the gang (Phoebe at least), noted that.
And I thought it was cute that Mike came over to hang out with Ross, like it was Phoebe and Rachel having a girl's night out, while their men hung out together (albeit, awkwardly :lol) at home, looking after the baby. I like to think Ross and Mike got over that not-knowing-what-to-say-to-each-other awkward-ness eventually, and became close enough friends; since I imagine for a good while after the finale, Ross/Rachel/Phoebe/Mike would've hung out quite often, being that they were the only ones left in the city. __________________

Yeah, I always liked it when they acted like a couple when they weren't actually together
And oh gosh, Ross and Mike hanging out together was so awkward! Poor guys! LOL They were so happy when the girls came back, they gave them big hugs But yeah, I would also like to think that eventually they both got over the awkwardness and were good friends (Although, I think it probably wouldn't have been that awkward if the girls would have been with them too anyway lol) Here's some more cuddly!RnR I just love how Ross buried his face in her hair and that they are holding each other so close __________________

I watched another season 9 episode yesterday (I just really love the first half of that season. Plus I was making a gif set for Tumblr.) - TOW Ross' Inappropriate Song. Oh how I LOVE this episode! The scene where they're both singing and dancing together for Emma, is not only one of my favourite R/R scenes, but just one of my favourite scenes in general. Definitely one of the funniest moments in the entire series. PERFECTLY ADORABLE DORKY PARENTS. __________________

I loved it when they sang Baby Got Back for Emma. Rachel was so reluctant at first, but then she really got into it.

Right? Once she realised how it made adorable little Emma laugh, she couldn't resist singing it for her.
I mean, just look at them both, dancing away in that gif. They're really into it. __________________

I love RnR dancing and singing together in TOW Ross' Inappropriate Song! At the end they were both so into it and we could tell they were having a lot of fun doing this, even though at first Rachel was like "how could you sing this to our baby?!" but then she was the one wanting to do it again at the end They were so adorable doing this for their baby girl though I really can picture them doing some other silly things together like that just to make their daughter laugh and stuff and both enjoying it They are so great as parents with their little Emma Like I also love when they had the idea of making this video on Emma's first birthday that they will give to her on her 18th birthday They are so cute! __________________

Hehe, yes. I can totally picture them doing more dorky things like that for Emma. I mean, look at when they were saying alternative words to "curse" words, and then Ross referring to Rachel as "mommy" when he's around Emma (and at times when he's not) Argh, they're just so adorable parent-y things to do, and I'm so glad we got to see that from Ross and Rachel. Despite them not being together at that time, we still got to enjoy seeing them as parents together. Most of my favourite TV couples went through a storyline of having had a baby together. I'm such a sucker for those storylines, and I'm glad R/R went through it.
And aw, more adorable dorky parent-ness with the birthday video thing! I would love to have seen the final project. __________________

I have mentioned this before, but one of my favorite aspects of the R/R relationship is them being parents together for Emma. I laughed so hard when they were singing baby got back and doing that silly dance lol.
I saw something posted on EW today where one of the producers said that they almost didn't get R/R back together in the finale! They said they considered ending the show instead in a way that left it open to them getting together again in the future. I'm glad they changed their minds. I don't think I would have liked not having a solid resolution to their relationship! The 'i got off the plane' is such an iconic and classic moment too. I can't imagine the series without it! Here's a link to the video: http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/10/23/fr...ss-and-rachel/ |
