And there is also Leviathan (currently in Agent Carter) which is the Soviet version of Hydra and who were The Winter Soldier's original captors .

Baron Strucker who was in the end scene of Cap2 messing with Wanda and Pietro is the current head of Hydra - and we are getting a character in 2B called The Baroness which I guess will be the tie in to AOU
