It doesn't feel normal Honest, before going to Romania I was not feeling well because of my depression

Today I had my first session in a new therapy. Been talking about "important" people in my life. Been kind of hard for me because I don't know much about my past

It’s so odd. Sometimes I randomly get into a “missing someone” phase and it gets to me. Im going through a little phase again about the loss.

I think that's normal, Leanne. All of us will have ups and downs and, when you're down, your brain will find a reason to match the feeling, I think.

Sunny, have you settled back in since you're working again? I get what you're saying , now, about the stress of your job, with the details of changes in the laws. Thank you for explaining more for me to understand. With the laws, it's the details that will get you, if you don't know them.

Leanne, are you socializing at your pain class? Well, is it getting any more comfortable for you to?

Claire, how are you doing with your having hope? How do you focus on that?

Clover and Leanne, I do think that those are normal feelings with what you are each going through.

Kim, well, I’ve talked a bit to some of the class members but not thinking there will be possible friendship with the, after the next two classes. but I have to say just doing the painting and going out to do something creative has helped my mood. and my instructor really liked my painting I did on Saturday!

My goal is to try and enjoy and be positive this coming holiday season while my co-worker I don’t like isn’t around to bother me til February. I think she is the only main negative thing in my life right now beside my lifelong issues.

Hey everyone...

I want to share I am doing a little better in my depression. I am doing C-BASP therapy for 1,5 months now and got a new job since last month. Since then I am doing slightly better.

But this morning I felt my depression pulling at me, while I was going to work. I could do my job at work and now I'm home. The depression isn't pulling at me now.

Keeping physically occupied can be of some help. I don't think it's a cure-all, but it does help a little. So, depending on what you need, it could make the difference.
