Closed captions is a part of the video signal. Most capture cards probably just ignore that signal, but some capture card, such as ATI all in wonder, can decode that signal into text just like a standard TV. The ATI card has the function of outputing the CC into a text file.

I used to have an ATI card. I think I have NVIDIA nForce. I'm not sure what card I have now and Kevin isn't here to help me with it anymore. Maybe I'll get the ATI card again and have someone install it for me. I remember that feature.. the card can make a text file of the closed captioning.

I do have another question for you. How do you make a menu on dvd when you are making a dvd?

The CC is done and is emailed to you, Kitty .

I use a software called DVD-lab. It's not an easy software to use. I took a few hours to learn it. But once you learned it, you can use it to make decent looking menus with chapters, scene selections, etc. If you are willing to spend some time to do graphics arts and little clips for motion menus, you can use it to make semi-professional looking menus. The menus I made for you are among the simplest ones people can do easily. You see, I am not good at arts at all!

Maura Tierney won they also show a little peek at the champion ship and lauren looked cute from what I saw in the little clip.

I hope Lauren Kicks butt agin like she did in the last game. I can't waite.

Oh. My. God. EEE! Maura Tierney just won! A former co-star, so cool, and she's got Lauren style wit, she kept taking shots, lol. They showed a commercial, no cute one liners, but I think Lauren's wearing her TV Revolution commentary outfit (Black blazer, white button down, hair down). They got a hot shirtless Chipendale's type guy coming out this time since there are 3 women players in the championship game. I'm hoping for a Lauren, Maura, Michael final 3 just because Rosario and Dule annoy me. Don't care if she wins, it's gonna be an entertaining game once again!

I love Celebrity Poker. It's addictive. You're right. Next week is going to be awesome. The funny thing is that the commercial for the championship ran about an hour into tonight's broadcast and Maura was clearly shown there, so everyone knew who won way before it was over tonight. You would think that someone would preview the commercials first. Could anyone tell anything about Lauren's chip total from the brief shot of her?

It wasn't that high. A couple of tiny piles of red and one or two tiny piles of purple. Damnit. I don't think the women are going to fall for Lauren's bluffs as easily as the guys did last time. And no lucky green shirt! Oh well, 2 hours of Lauren is 2 hours of Lauren. Yipee!

I'm glad I flipped during commericals. I'd have been pissed to have that spoiled, it was so exciting seeing who'd win tonight since they were dead even on the last hand.
