Starting this early because they'll have a small preview of the next show a little after an hour into the show tomorrow night.

Dudes, someone tomorrow night gets eliminated after the first hand. If Lauren does that I'll never speak to her again. ;) No, but for real, she better stay in for a good while. Even if she does get out soon it might be okay because the host guy SUCKS at banter and Lauren might liven up the Loser's Lounge. Last week there was only one woman, a comedian and she was like "I can't leave, you could hear crickets!" I'm so happy there's another girl on Lauren's show. Plus, I think Matthew and Lauren are the type to not be able to stand awkward pauses so they'll banter I'm sure. I hope Lauren's not one of those silent poker players, even if I"m finding that really hard to even imagine. 2 hours of Lauren...bliss, bliss I tell you!

If Canopus doesn't have a video up after it airs I'll probably type a detailed recap for the Bravo-less depending on what I have to do for the next day.

I won't upload a clip of the whole show since it's two hours long. The best I can do is to make an abridged version. Kitty, I may need your help to host the clip.

A clip with something in, is better than no clip at all. So yes, please make a cut version. :)

I love how once the celebs. are eliminated from the table they continuously show them throughout the 2 hours. Tonight looks very interesting. Lauren's round seems to be the best of the season celebrity-wise.. Lauren, Matthew Perry, Sara Rue.. all good!

Ok, so I'm trying to understand all this.. is Lauren on already? Or isn't her round on the 17th? I'm recording Celebrity Poker now.. just to make sure! And will she be on all week? A week of Lauren will be heaven! :)

Lauren's show is on the 17th, it's a 2 hour show. It will repeat several times. On tonight's show, with 5 different celebs they'll show a tiny preview clip for Lauren's show which is on next week. :D

Can someone tape it for me because you love your Moderator so much? :D

That was short, but since it's a relative Lauren drought at the moment, anything remotely new is nice. Basically what was shown in the early promos with the making out soundbite and a voice over saying "Matthew Perry needs to stay focused." and him saying "Everyone, let's take a moment to caress the felt [on the table]." And there's a shot of all of their hands doing jus that. Some extra shots of PrettyLauren thrown in for good measure.

Now we wait. :lol:

ETA: There's one shot of Lauren making a smug face in the direction of, I think, Matthew. Anyway, she's got a load of chips sitting pretty on her left. Not a lot of blue, but a bunch of red. :D

Oh, cool. Does anyone know the basics of this game? How to play? I think I'm going to scope this out later.. How to play poker 101! :)

They're playing Texas Hold 'Em poker. I've been watching for 3 weeks now and am picking it up little by little, and I knew didley squat about poker. In the first 5 minutes of the show they have "How to Play" segment that explains it pretty easily.

I think the bravo site for the show has video lessons or something from the poker professional guy who gives commentary throughout the show.
