I think she was in love with Clark however when she was with the Blur, she enjoyed having a purpose bigger than her and even reporting. When the Blur "Clark obviously" asked Lois to do things, it made her feel like she was making a difference in the world outside of just a romance and I think that's what she loved.

She certainly loved having purpose and felt the Blur gave her that. It couldn't be that she was in love with him because note when Zod took over we don't see her "mooning" over him. In terms of romance, Clark had all that attention the only time things were uncertain was the roof top conversation when Clark's own insecurity was seeking validation when she was also going through her own issues. I think Clark may have misread her cues, thinking she wanted to be with the Blur over him when that was never the case.

Yep! and I loved that she knew who he was the second that he touched her hand! She's like, "nope... not my Blur." lol
And yes, Clark was so jealous of himself that he read all the clues wrong. lol

Yeah, there were two other dudes who showed romantic interest in Lois, and she straight up shot ‘em down. So if anyone was going to create some friction between these two, I’m glad it was the Blur.

I love how honest and mature Lois was to Oliver and the other guy, John! She didn't lead anyone on, she just admitted her heart is with Clark.

She's so sure of her love for Clark.

I have to admit, I love Clark being super jealous of himself. Whenever I watch S9, I'm always like "Duh, Lois IS so fantabulous, took you long enough to notice!"

It was such an interesting triangle!! Because it was both an obstacle and a way for them to fall even more deeply in love at the same time. It was a way for Clark to see that she can and would love the other side of him and that she craved that super hero life.

I believe that Clark always would've had feelings for Lois even without the Blur but I feel that the Blur made him definitely love Lois deeper than he probably wouldn't have let himself off guard to feel towards her. When he was the Blur, he got to talk about his fears and his powers, and as Clark he got to be Clark... but not his FULL self when it just came to talking about his powers.

I felt "Doomsday" showed that perfectly. Lois was upset with Clark but than seconds later, Clark called her as the Blur to talk about what he was feeling.
