“Mother” –*Emma returns to Storybrooke to reunite Lily with Maleficent while Regina and Robin struggle to cope with the implications of Zelena’s pregnancy. When Gold’s health takes a turn for the worse, Isaac looks to a new ally for help procuring the magic ink he needs to re-write history.

In a Fairy Tale Land flashback, Cora returns from Wonderland to beg Regina’s forgiveness on the anniversary of Daniel’s murder. Cora vows to help her daughter find true love, but Regina remains suspicious of her mother’s intentions, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, MAY 3 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

So, I guess according to the new press release for the next episode, Regina is probably going to use Belle against Rumple as leverage, huh?

I'm wondering if she and Belle could be working together. I doubt Belle feels any real sense of loyalty to Rumple right now and she and Robin were friends, so I could absolutely see Belle going along with a plan to help Robin.

Meh. Even if that does happen, it doesn't bother me at all, tbh. Like yes, Belle is a total innocent and doesn't deserve to be treated like that (being Rumple's love interest makes her a sitting duck, sadly), but Regina is never going to be the type of character who hesitates from protecting her loved ones at all costs. If Henry or Robin (or even Snow, I'd say) are threatened, she's not going to shy away from using dark magic to protect them:



It's kind of just what does, and it's what makes her such a compelling and complicated character.
