I think it's probably the morning after lol...Since he has one his white shirt and it's open, maybe he is relaxing in his room and she comes in for a morning "quickie".. as I assume she goes back to her own room after they have had sex in "only a Borgia"..

I love the look on their faces, Lucrezia looks really serene and at peace. Cesare who is always kind of broody looks totally different. His face is so soft and tender. However why is he looking at her ear/earring lol..were the earrings a gift from Alfonso or something..Or maybe he will always remember them because she wore them the first time they made love
