It's definitely Vanozza and Lucrezia being led out by Cesare. They are both wearing their nightgowns/pajamas. Lucrezia specifically is wearing the nightgown she has on during the "embrace" scene with Cesare. You can actually see Cesare leading them out to safety obviously and Vanozza crying/scared with Lucrezia behind her carrying Gio.

I've always said I want to see Cesare actually save Lucrezia and take her away to safety and it looks like it's definitely happening!! Can u imagine if when he leaves after saving her she grabs him and tells him to be careful and that's when they share the almost kiss.

ETA: I think the embrace scene in the latest promo is the scene I've paused the most out of all the C/L scenes we've had in the promos. It's just so perfect and really captures their relationship in a nutshell: he's her protector/dark prince and she's his religion/love/queen. The protective stance and his hand just kill me.

That embrace scene in that newest promo looks like it's from the first episode of this season, I'm guessing.

Cause they put a Francois-Cesare promo there and we can't find anyone to up load it. And Emma it has Cesare pointing a sword at Alfonso, and staring him down, if that is any reason for you to do it .

I don't have this wonderful service or I would try to do it.
