You guys the weather here is so stupid - it's technically fall now, but the past few days have felt like 39 degrees
 The next couple of days are the same, then it drops Thursday and Saturday night is supposed to be 9!? That's a 30 degree difference  __________________

 I wish that I could.  Aww autumn is almost here for you guys.  I am envious that you guys can shop for four seasons ... it's boring here in comparison since we can only buy boring summer clothing since you'll wither from the heat if you wear anything remotely heavy/thick. __________________

I actually haven't been shopping in a while. Not usually uncommon for me, but earlier this summer I was shopping quite a bit. Have so many cute summer dresses. Not sure what to do now that autumn is here. I'm not in the mood to shop anymore.
This week's workouts have been kicking my butt. I'm beginning to think my body will just from now on be perpetually sore.  __________________

I also have a bike but I haven't biked in forever. I managed to haul my butt off to the gym this weekend though I'm not feeling the greatest eugh. #success __________________

What is a gym?
 #moreguiltybecauseoflazyness I go outside with my dog minimum for an hour every day, no matter what weather ... that is also doing sport for me ... and I get always enough fresh air and daylight ... no Vitamin D deficiency  |

It's fine as long as you're getting exercise in other ways though, like with your dog walking, Sonja and I think that you mentioned before that you go for walks/biking, Paulina? __________________
