Thanks for this rhread such a big season

One thing i must add did anyone notice how the action in this season wasn't as good but rather short? I felt they had a lot of scenes that were cut short or wrapped up to quickly

I noticed it alot i watched it in bulk and a lot of rhe scenes were so quick and it was like really thats all that happens

I kind of noticed that about the action scenes. I have to wonder if it was maybe because they were trying to cram so much stuff in since it was Michael's last season?

yer ? thats what i thought or maybe they are to old now? but some certain bits were very rushed

I bought the DVD yesterday & I was just looking at the special features & saw one of them is "Sister City: Part II" I am now curious if the NOLA season has the NCIS ep but presume it does. That's really nice of them to do that. I wish it could happen more often (wait I just looked at my Arrow S4 DVD & it has the Flash crossover episode too - maybe more shows are nice now)

Opening the DVD though I'm disappointed to find that the discs no longer have the episode names on them. All other seasons had them & at least the later ones would tell you which ones had the special feature segments since they weren't all on the last disc. All this one is telling me is the disc number Whoever made that decision needs a Gibbs slap - along with whoever decided to hide the special features as I often like to watch them first or some of them but now I have to find them to be able to watch them

Some of the other special features have strange names "Boom", "Heroes' Song", & "All's Fair In Love & War" I think I'm going to have to try find where they are & explore what they're all about

All's Fair In Love & War At the start Pauley talks a little about the relationships the characters have been in. That leads into discussing the relationship between Ellie & Jake, which moves into saying a few things about Ellie's family being introduced. Next up is McGee & Delilah . After that it stops. I think they could have gone further but I guess those two relationships are all we have in this season

Boom Special Effects Now that makes sense. Oh good they like to make sure that everyone is safe when they blow things up Mostly it talks about blowing things up which makes the title make even more sense

I have no idea where "Heroes' Song" is. I'm guessing its connected to an episode as there's a special feature about the crossover & I saw you can only access it by selecting the NOLA episode

i watched the special features about a month and a half ago and i had some problems finding them too.
there was "special features" printed on the cover and on the upperside of the disc, but when you put the disc in there were only the episode listed.
but in the end i found them all, but i was a bit annoyed about this too.

Yeah it looks like they're connected to some of the episodes so you have to select the episode to find them?

Huh. That is interesting about the season 13 DVDs! I wonder if the US version is like that as well. I don't like it if they took away the episode names on the discs

I've completely forgotten about the "Lost boys" story arch... Poor Dornegat... It was scary how that terrorist made weapons out of the lonely children...

Still love the surgeon, he was a great addition as Gibbs' doctor & friend

It's clear from the start that it's going to be Tony's last season... in 13x02 Gibbs confronts Tony why is he still part of his team when he'd easily have his own team already... In 13x03 Tony is searching for his ancestry, trying to find out his legacy... He talks about being alone and that he most likely won't have his own child... Also it's already hinted that he'll break up with Zoe... (So he has a real chance with Ziva )

I think my mind just decided to delete those episodes from my memory... I know that LA had a few similar episodes, but at least there they were able to save the children...

I'm a few episodes short from Ellie separating from Jake... I just want to be done with those episodes with him... Though I do wonder if we'll ever see Jake again...
