That's true. There are a lot of people to chose from.

I agree Snap shouldnt die!!! Snape is an amazng character and hes too smart to die it would be an insult to him and to the memory of dumbledore if he died especially since JKR has confirmed that he is in fact not guilty!
I want Bellatrix to die in my opinion she is even more evil that Voldie himself, she should die and she shoudl die at the hands of Neville he will finally get his parents revenge! __________________

I didn't know that either, but if he did kill Dumbledore than I want him to be eaten alive by Buckbeak!!!!!! Ok, so maybe that's a little harsh........ Snape is a good charcater to add dimension, and one you love to hate.

I'm a newbie... I think Snape did kill Dumbledore...but that doesn't mean he won't do a switcheroo! I don't think Harry's gonna die, he's had so much tragedy in his life... he deserves a happy ending. __________________

I think the entire thing was planned, while Snape may be tempted to go back to his "old ways", I think he's still on the good side. The unbreakable vow was to go a bit too far though, but if he'd rejected then maybe Voldemort would expose him. I think Dumbledore knew about the unbreakable vow or at least about Dracos mission to kill him. Draco just couldn't do it, DD talked him out of it, but to me it seemed like it was more because he didn't want Draco to be a killer than because he didn't want to die. I loved Dumbledore, to me he will always be the greatest wizard that ever lived, I'm Dumbledore's woman through and through. I really, really loved him. I thought he was going to die though, because it was exactly what Harry needed to be able to get strong enough to fight Voldemort. DD seemed to know he was going to die, as he had the private lessons with Harry this year. I think he knows basically everything that's going on at school, to quote Hermione (another one of my fave characters).

I agree. I think Dubledore would have never let Harry fight Voldemort alone. He came to think of him as a son and wouldn't let Harry risk himself like that. And it really has to be Harry's fight. I just don't know what to think about Snape.

I read in yahoo news (I think) that as the reading she had with Stephen King and Irving that King told JKR that he thought that Snape was innocent and she said he was right Im surprised no one else has read this or even knows about it! Perhaps it was a hoax though I dont think Yahoo lies!
