Julie - do you prefer your tomatoes in a sandwich or a salad? Or maybe you just slice it and eat it. My maternal grandfather died when I was quite young, but the one thing I remember about him was that he liked to put brown sugar on his sliced tomato. It still seems really weird to me.

Leanne - any big plans for your last week of vacation?

Hubby has started ripping the wall down to put in our new natural gas fireplace. The family room is a bit of a mess at the moment.

I love tomatoes eaten any way. They are great in a pasta sauce.

I have never tried tomatoes with brown sugar.

You can try reuploading it. My hunch is that it's a server synchronization issue. At any rate, the Website Manager is aware of the issue and will do her best to get it sorted out as she has time.

We had quite the thunderstorm last night. The rain was needed. Watering just doesn't have the same effect as a good rain.

Julie - How is your garden doing these days? My neighbour and sister are keeping me supplied with cucumbers and tomatoes.

I forgot to buy milk at the grocery store yesterday. I'll need to go get some either today or tomorrow.

My garden is coming along nicely, thanks. I should have some baby beetroots quite soon.

I always have long life or tinned milk stored away in case I forget to buy fresh milk.

Last week before going back to work, I’m all ready to shop for lunch food, some new tops, maybe shoes, got a pedicure! I’m looking forward to seeing and exploring one of my new libraries and new school among my other 3.

I like Coffee Mate in coffee. I tried it once in tea. That wasn't a good idea.
