Arrow S & S #34: "Felicity whumpers rule Fanforum." by Vaberella
 After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. Oliver returned home to Starling City to his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, his ex-girlfriend and first love Laurel, and best friend Tommy, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. Oliver secretly creates the persona of the Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. After a year of trying to atone for his father's sins by taking justice into his own hands. Oliver is changed by the death of his best friend, Tommy Merlyn, who dies during the attack on the Glades by Malcolm Merlyn. He vows to honor his friends memory and save Starling City in a different way - refusing to be the "killer" he once was. With his team at his side, John Diggle his personal driver (ex soldier) and Felicity Smoak, his executive assistant (computer expert) Oliver, the Arrow is cleaning up the city in the wake of the destruction of the Glades. Roy Harper, the boy who hero worships the Arrow is also working for him behind the scenes. As well as, Officer Quientin Lance (who once hated the Arrow). Slade or Ivo ... could go either way as there is evidence for both. While I don't like the Ivo route, it DOES offer the possibility of most character growth for Felicity which I am all for. The choice to make that break with Oliver? That is something, that of all the people involved in Oliver's life, only Diggle has chosen to walk. I think her relationship with Oliver needs to break so it can come back on a new and different level. Then again, it could also be someone COMPLETELY NEW  ETA I forgot to put in here one more thing. Sara was with Ivo for a YEAR. If he is indeed Felicity's father, did he have pictures of her? Did he TALK about her? Did he mention her NAME?  TFTNT!! in that one shot of Colton it appears to be at something that would be at a political rally? Part of the flag, the walls, the dude laid out in the suit. It could be a verbal attack, and I suppose I'd hope for that rather than physical although from the way its worded it would seem to imply that he physically attacked Thea. Since the next phrase is that they unleashed on him it sounds like they were there and saw it or arrived just after, etc. __________________

Yeah, it seems like here were quite a few from 2x20. That BTS guy posted quite a few of the cops and sin. I think it was Bambam that posted the couple pics of sin with sword.
Yeah, you talk about spoilery pics — willah is the QUEEN. Litterly I hope they post some more Fraterday pics like they did the Friday before last. KC is still in Dallas so I guess she won't be in that one. Going back to Ivo, remember, that doubles Felicity's value as far as Slade will be concerned. Daughter of the man who killed Shado, AND the girl. Oliver keeps hidden - supposedly. The other write that was incorrect was ToD saying that Felicity was jealous when they were training. __________________

Re the name on the door though, how on earth did they come to work together?
When we first speculated on that, I think it was before the Promise. we thought they would have a partnership or something . . . . butttt Slade cut off his hand and left him on the island to die. Maybe they still will, but unless evil!shado whispers it in his ear (which could happen!), it seems highly unlikely Slade would be able to not kill him that long. I'm still laughing over the "I unfortunately decapitated the engineer" line from BOP. Manu's fine ass shoes are going to be hard to fill for next season. |
