She did. Yeah, it's going to be tough getting back into the old work routine, it'll soon feel like I didn't have any time off at all.

FaceTime is a great to have. Especially if you live far away from family members and friends. But not if people keep hogging the iPad to use it and chat for hours on end.

Thank you! They came out well considering they were taken on an iPad. I adore the Dartmoor Ponies, they are so beautiful and adorable. I just wanted to take them all home with me. Though Dartmoor is only just over an hour away, so we can visit there fairly regularly. We do have some outstanding countryside. Dartmoor is particularly stunning for me.

Ah, well, it's still nice to make friends with others in the country. Perhaps she needs her own iPad.

Both my girls have Ipad minis, but unfortunately we can't get FaceTime on Martha's, and Lydia won't let hers go, as she's on it most of the time, for one reason or another

First day back and I have so much to do, don't know where to start really, but it may as well be the clock cards, or else no one will be paid

We have looked into why FaceTime doesn't work, and apparantly we need to contact Apple, which I haven't done yet

I've caught up with some of my work now, just waiting to do my month end

I've no more time off now until Christmas, it's a long drag until then

Will soon be thinking about Christmas presents, I've no idea what to get people this year, to be honest I'd rather put the money towards my holidays

That's great, glad you have caught up. That is a long time, it'll be the same for me from next week! That's a good idea. Much better to save your money for nice holidays than presents. Thankfully, I don't have to buy much at Christmas. I never start Christmas shopping until around the end of November.

I was just now jumped out of my skin from thunder. It scares me during the day. This morning it was all sunny and blue sky and now it's really creepily dark.

Thanks for the offer of help, I might try to set it up again, but my daughter looked at it, as she set up the other two IPads, but she can't find the problem, and as you know I'm hopeless with technology

It's good that you don't have to buy too many presents, I normally have to start shopping early as the girls have always had lots of presents, but as they get older, I'm finding they want bigger more expensive gifts, so there are less of them as we are going to
Turkey twice I might get them some Lira, as they love to spend when they're there

Yeah, kids tend to want more expensive presents as they get older. Spending money for holiday would be an ideal gift. Then they can spend what they like.

The weather is very strange at the moment, but I suppose we've been lucky up to now

Martha mentioned that she wanted Heelys for Christmas, but she is only ten so I suppose she does still like presents

My mom and dad are coming on holiday with us, so I might get them Lira too, at least it's practical

Hehe. It's addictive. I was going to do a lot more while you were still here, but it was lunch time. I'm back now. I think my devotion to this board has just gone super sized.

We have an outlet by us called the Skate Hut, and they sell every conceivable thing with wheels in there, I've always used them for a Roller Skates, Scooters etc...

Yes, mom and dad are really good for their age (touch wood), so I like them to come with us, as long as they're able too. They go off and do their thing, so we all have our own space, they're more active than me, I tend to to lie by the pool more, they like to explore and do trips.

I've become more addicted lately too, I'm starting to get a little worried about my mental health, I find myself looking on here so often, I think I'm losing it
