Not without a specialist most probably and physical therapy. This is all the result of the hysterectomy. Horrible surgery with lasting effects. Oh well.

Wow, how annoying he bothers you that muck weekly.

The meeting did happen and finally they know that the team will be separated and I will lead my own team. Of course the ex boss said something like "We have heard rumors that the team will be separated" and I do not remember who confirmed it for them. Then the ex boss complained that he has a lot of work because other people in the team do not want to do something. In the end I told them that the goal is to completely separate my product from them and to let it live as it is.
That's wonderful! Congratulations! It's unbelievable that they only officially understood what was going on today but good that they know now and I bet they're totally shocked. It's hilarious your ex-boss feels like he has a right to complain even more. It only reflects back to him indicating he is the problem. He doesn't realize as much and neither does the jerk.

I mean my ex boss basically said that he is overloaded with work and the people in the team are free in an attempt to explain why he does not have time to work on something. I am not sure how he thought that someone would feel sorry for him. It's his job to train people and coordinate the work so that the team is busy and is working efficiently.
I'm shocked ex-boss and jerk weren't fired. They deserve to be fired.

They are so the problem. You succeeded in exposing them, getting away from them and your group will 100% have success. But for those who are stuck with the ex-boss and jerk, they will be screwed and that entire group will not work out in the long run either. The ex-boss and jerk need to go!

You are doing everything you can do. It's just too bad that they don't receive their walking papers. They are useless, taking money in salary away from people who could do a way better job professionally. Hopefully in time they will be gone or severely diminished in their duties.

Yes, you’re in a good position now. Of course you know me... I’m all about group harmony. So hopefully the offenders (jerk and ex-box) will be singled out and removed from their jobs in the future. But for now things have moved at least and the situation will improve greatly for those who are away from them.

I had to get a bid out today and I wanted him to take a look at it before I sent it because he's so anal about everything, but he kept putting me off so I sent the bid, and he called me up to criticize it. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. He's the worst combination of a micro-manager and a procrastinator.
