We just had a nice Filet Mignon dinner with a Baked Potato. I made the steak with my Cinder Cooker. It came out just right. :)

I've been putting off doing that work all weekend so I'm going to do it tonight after we walk Goldie. Today flew by due to the Daylight Savings Time time change. I don't understand why they started it so early as it's still Winter here and the it'll still be dark when some kids go to school.

These threads just cruise by.

It was really good! I cook the steaks on our Cinder Cooker and then I finish them off by searing them in a cast iron pan. :)

It was a nice cool night and it was still light out, so we really enjoyed it. In a few months (or even in a few weeks ;)) when it gets hot we'll start walking her later when the sun is going down otherwise it'll be too hot for her and for us.

I don't think so since my boss gave me such a hard time about it. I'll wait a few weeks before doing it again.

It starts out in the 50's in the morning, and it's usually in the 70's in the afternoon, and it isn't humid.
