This is one of my all time favorite couples ever! I can watch this movie over and over again because Clark and Vivian have such an amazing chemistry together. I'm sadden that we never got to see the original cast in the Scarlett sequel. I haven't watched the made for tv "Scarlett" and I probably never will. I want to remember this couple just as Vivian and Clark left them

I love both movies, I actually watched my Scarlett VHS today, I could never get tired of seeing GWTW or Scarlett.

I recently watched the movie again, and you know, what I never noticed is that there is constantly music playing in the background
 I had to force myself not to focus on that. Woul have driven me nuts  But it is an awesome movie  Absolutely great. Could watchit again and again... love the book even more though They are the most amazing couple ever. __________________

I think it's not so much the "not liking"... I have the impression that many people have never read the book or seen the movie

I finally got my husband to read the book although it took him about a month I know one of my Christmas presents is the new sequel Rhett Butler's People Hopefully it's better than the novel Scarlett. __________________

I kinda liked Ripley's "Scarlett"
 I thought it was quite in character etc... The movie-series was horrible in my opinion....__________________

Yeah the movie was awful. But there's no one else that can play Rhett or Scarlett. They shouldn't even try.

I want to read "Rhett Butler's People". I still like both verisons of the movies. Although no one is good like Vivian and Clark. But Joanne and Timothy I thought were good.

I think for me it wasn't so much the actors that ruined it... but the way they changed the storyline... that whole rape thing?!
 And that happy ending totally disappointed me. I liked the book's ending where they lose everything except for each other And I would love to hear what you guy's think of Rhett Butler's people once you've read it __________________
