Remember when Eileen / Luisa came to town? Rafael doesn't trust Rose, so he said he was going to running every test to make sure it wasn't Rose. So R/L paid the real Eileen to take them. Luisa couldn't even met Mateo, so why would Eileen be introduced to Michael and the others? Luisa isn't friends with none of those people. Luisa comes and goes a lot. She barely has a relationship with Jane because Luisa is a hot mess and disappears so much. In 3x10, Michael is doing something totally unrelated to Luisa/Eileen. He's not feeling well through out the day and stressing over his test. He and Jane take a trip to the fair/carnival and reminisce about their first date. Rafael dealing with a prison sentence and other stuff. Xo was dealing with Tess, Bruce's daughter, Rogelio with Darci. Yeah, no introduction was going to happen. This is why dislike it when writers rewrite old storylines.

Question: Will JTV end with Flash-forwards? Jennie: It's a closed-ended story that ends. There are a few things you'll learn, or that'll hint towards the future, but it's not about flash-forwards.
