Nope since it's very expensive if I want to live in dorm..

Me either. Plus I live within the city so it's just a commute to the college although with terrible traffic, my travel time is about 2 hours to and from the house.

And I also find it cool that every year they buy their Hogwarts stuff at Flourish & Botts.

Yeah since the first college I graduated from, it take over 30 min unless if there are delay train.. and the one I graduated on this year, it take like 15 min..

Do you usually commute to and from school via train? We don't have a good transportation system here so buses and trains are the way to go but it's overpopulated and the roads are small so it takes longer for the travel. A car is a must here.

Yeah, trains or buses as long there is no problem, but I always find another way around which that's good thing.. Even tho a car prob cost $$ in here.. Since it seems that not every city/country have good transportation system plus some people prefer car over buses/train or buses/train over car..

Also in NYC, there are trains and cabs everywhere so commuting isn't really a problem. Here, it's traffic everywhere and it takes hours to get to your destination if you commute or bring your car. It's one of the terrible things living in the city.

Good thing in Hogwarts they don't deal with muggle traffic.

Oh my goodness, that would be HEAVEN. The traffic here is so much worse now. I don't remember this much traffic when I was a kid.

For me, it's the train bec there are so many delays and stuff.. Ugh.. That's why I always know my timing before they start go w/ delay issues..

Students in Hogwarts you mean? Do they even have field trips? I think they only go to Hogsmeade which is still within Hogwarts grounds.

Yes they do. They need parental signatures so they can go right? Harry wasn't able to go because he didn't have parents to sign so he was left at Hogwarts and bonded with Remus in PoA.
