Not all the books. The lengths scared me. I've seen all the movies multiple times though.

Aww, try not to look at the lengths even tho it take me a year and half for me to finish the whole series.. But at least better watch the movie than reading the books..

I just prefer movies/shows over books. I am a visual person and not super interested in reading in general. I often hear people can visualize what they read, and I just can't do that.

For me, some books that I like more than the movies and some I never read.. But if the books was too long like Game of thrones or Outlander, I be like nope, got no time for that..

I highly suggest to read the books. They're super easy to read. I never get bored reading a HP book. Although I do understand that some prefer just watching the movies but if you've got time, SS is a good book to read. The book is longer in OotP but by then you'd get the hang of reading the books already.

You like reading so you'll never get lazy reading. I like visuals so I watch more TV/movies actually although I used to read a lot before.

However if I've read a book and then the book is adapted to either a TV show or a movie, I tend to get overcritical of it especially if I enjoyed the book a lot. Although sometimes I prefer watching a TV show or movie first before reading the book (if it's a book adaptation).

Honestly, I sometimes to put my mind in separate when it comes to books and movies or TV shows bec I know that not everything will be the same.. But some I prefer books more than movies or show or more w/ shows/movies than books..

That's the same with me. We can't really generalize it. I know some book adaptations didn't fare well when it was made into a movie. But lucky for us, the HP movies were all good and blockbusters.
