So, do you guys rely on scales to maintain your weight? Or just the feel of the clothes et al? __________________

Aw, Jen, that is awesome!
 Congrats.I had a bad day today. My mom is going to get one of those exercise balls tomorrow so I look forward to working with that.. I can't seem to motivate myself. Anyone have any suggestions? Lately my life has been so hectic.. __________________

Heh. Glad to hear that we are all on the same wave length. We have scales but I haven't stood on them for ages.
. I remember the last time I did I got so annoyed. I had been going to the gym like mad and had toned up quite a bit, and people were noticing, my clothes were getting alot looser etc. so I was like 'Waheee! Lets hop on these scales" and I did and I had put on like 3 kilos. Heh. I was so annoyed. Obviously it was because I'd gained muscle tone but still, so annoying. So I stopped weighing myself since then, heh, but I haven't been anywhere near as good as what I used to be lately, so I am scared of those scales. Heh. I'll just rely on other people and my clothes to tell me.__________________
