Congrats Jen. Its great when other people can see it. Hee.

So, do you guys rely on scales to maintain your weight? Or just the feel of the clothes et al?

I think I do a mixture of both.

Aw, Jen, that is awesome! Congrats.

I had a bad day today. My mom is going to get one of those exercise balls tomorrow so I look forward to working with that..

I can't seem to motivate myself. Anyone have any suggestions? Lately my life has been so hectic..

I have one of those I had more fun bouncing on it than using it for exercise...

I use scales... Though I don't think the ones I have at home are accurate.

Heh. Glad to hear that we are all on the same wave length. We have scales but I haven't stood on them for ages. . I remember the last time I did I got so annoyed. I had been going to the gym like mad and had toned up quite a bit, and people were noticing, my clothes were getting alot looser etc. so I was like 'Waheee! Lets hop on these scales" and I did and I had put on like 3 kilos. Heh. I was so annoyed. Obviously it was because I'd gained muscle tone but still, so annoying. So I stopped weighing myself since then, heh, but I haven't been anywhere near as good as what I used to be lately, so I am scared of those scales. Heh. I'll just rely on other people and my clothes to tell me.
