Okay, guys, I recently lost 40 lbs and am officially at a healthy body weight again (yaaaay, I was prediabetic so that was pretty scary) and I was doing good working out 4 days a week. But I got lazy/busy and haven't worked out in maybe 2 months now. Today I started beginner Pilates again and want to get back into my routine. Time to kick ass like Buffy.
