I did about 10 minutes of hard-core biking (listening to Kelly Clarkson, hee), about 10 minutes of strength training, 100 crunches and some leg exercises. I think I did decent today for still feeling a tad sick..

Aw, thanks hun.
It was really hard last..er..two weekends ago but I think I am doing better now. She was only 43 so that hurt more knowing she had a husband and two young kids.And alright, I am done now. I had a good breakfast today..er..somewhat good - pancakes and strawberries. __________________

Hmm. Well, when I need inspiration I turn on MTV. heh. That enough to make me put down the donut and reach for the celery stick. Hee. So watch some high energy music video and that should make you want to work out.
