When Ryan started whining about not having his coffee, I wonder if Ace had a fleeting though about kicking him out of his car.

Gosh I finally got around to watching the episode, cuz I missed it when it aired.

Firstly, WHO would ever go down into a creepy basement?! I’d be scared out of my mind. Even being with someone .. and then Nancy went alone and I was like noooooo.

I LOVED the George/Nick scene(s)!! Please dear lord let them stay together and be endgame. I just love it so much!!! And he said ILY awwwwwwww

I loved how she asked if she was really that good in bed though

LMAOOOOO I thought it was so funny when Nancy was on speaker and talking about all the Aglaeca stuff and then Ace hung up on her

Okay... I legit always think they’re finally going to get rid of the Aglaeca and everything will be fine, but then things go wrong and she’s still around. Pls when are they gonna get out of this never-ending death day??

I get why Bess didn’t go have dinner with Lisbeth and her parents, but can’t she at least text Lisbeth and tell her she’s sorry and she couldn’t make it or something???? Don’t leave Lisbeth high and dry like that

they’re cute as a relationship and I don’t want them to break up

Also I feel bad for Agnes and Odette.. but damn Odette is mad now. And she needs to go. Or at least be at peace somehow.

I hope she finds peace, but I am so over this entire storyline. I'm ready for it to be over. I know it feels so dragged out because of the super long hiatus, but we've been talking about the Aglaeca for basically a year now.

Yeah I mean the storyline is interesting, but I’m also like... why is this dragged out so long? I just want their impending death to be done.

Yeah I'm happy it looks like they'll be wrapping up the Aglaeca soon! It'll be nice to move on to something else.

Yeah, I know its not the writers fault, but the storyline just seems so long.

I mean...in reality...it started in 1x15 and it would have taken them to the end of the Season 1. It just feels so freaking long because of the super long hiatus and all the storylines carried over. Not to mention they actually added in 2x01...so it made it a longer wait.

Yeah I think it's worse because we were talking about it for so long during hiatus. If season 1 had ended like how they wanted I don't think it would be as bad

If the season would have ended like it should have with 1x22...it def wouldn't have been this bad...but the storyline just stopped at 1x18 and then it was 9 months until it picked up again. All we did all hiatus was talk about it over and over and over again.

I never thought they'd actually just play it all out. I thought for sure it was going to be truncated...but I guess I was wrong!

And on top of that...they even added yet ANOTHER episode (2x01) to make the storyline even longer. Because there's only 18 episodes this year...there's really only going to be 13 episodes of true Season 2 content (which could be a good thing because maybe there won't be any filler episodes).

So I finally watched the episode a couple of days ago and here are my thoughts:

I thought it was a pretty good episode but definitely not as good as the first three. I thought it came across as more of a filler episode, which is normal but not the most exciting.

The Ace/Ryan/Carson road trip was tons of fun!

Loved Nick telling George he loved her and her reaction. Very realistic!

HOpefully, we'll get more Nancy/Ace next week!

I have a feeling next week will be a bit more juicy/interesting. I agree with you that the Aglaeca is feeling a little played out and that's because the hiatus was SO darn long. Once we move onto the real s2 storylines it will feel a bit fresher.

I really hope so! It was supposed to be the original Season 1 finale. It'll be interesting to see what they were going to leave us with for the "summer".

I hope so! I appreciate any interaction but I really want them to pay off the 1x18 scene.

Really hope 2x05 is a way more fulfilling episode.

I'm really excited for this week's episode! Hopefully it's good and we get some Ace and Nancy.
