Maybe they will introduce it next season though. It didn't seem like Nico and her mom where doing spells though. It seemed to me that they were visualizing in their mind what they wanted the staff to do and the staff would respond.

absolutely agreed that's what they're doing, but they could just handwave it into the show with something like, "oh the way it's designed you can only do something once, blah blah blah". i mean they haven't explained most of the powers on this show and i honestly don't see them spending that much time on it unless the plot really calls for it.

yeah they could always add stipulations to the staff if they choose to do so.

the k/n scenes were so good in the last issue.

they're this close to finally becoming a couple in the comics, which i've waited for like my whole life.

it's so clear that karolina never stopped loving nico. and now nico's finally acknowledged and accepted her feelings for karolina. right now karolina's dating julie power, but that won't last. and then we'll finally get k/n.

but honestly rainbow rowell is killing it right now with this series. she has every character down pat and it feels like the good old days of the series when BKV was still writing.

That's awesome! At some point, I'll continue on past the initial run. But great to hear good response. Because the inbetween...made me not want to read more.

you definitely gotta read it, jackie! there were questionable things but honestly still better than 99% of what marvel does anyway.
