So did anyone watch? That was pretty wild with the early retirements from Lewis & Seb. And only 14 cars classifed, last I checked?
So happy for rookie Kevin Magnussen on his first GP and first podium. Wow. Also Daniel Ricciardo on his first podium on his home soil. Not bad. __________________

After so much fuss about the new F1 and all that, the race was a bit of a disappointment. Rosberg was never on trouble on the lead and the only one who seemed able/eager to overtake was Bottas.
To be honest, I don't think it was that much different from last year's races, the only thing that changed was the name of the German winner So all in all, happy for Kvyat for getting his first points at 19 and beating SV's record of youngest ever point scorer and for Magnussen for his first podium. |

F1 is going to be F1. It just gets a bit dramatic when it rains.
I do hope the boos for Seb will be less this year. I mean I get not everyone likes him but booing is just uncalled for. Also, I heard Ricciardo is disqualified? That's a slap in the faces of RBR. __________________

I know, let's hope it rains in Malaysia then
I don't understand how people can boo him. You don't have to like him and I suppose it gets boring when a driver always wins, but you should never lose the respect for those drivers that are risking their lifes on the track I think they're recurring but honestly, I don't think they'll get that 2nd place back. Which is a shame for Dan. Also, today would have been Ayrton Senna's 54th bithday. Happy birthday magic, wherever you are __________________

Aww, thanks for reminding me about Senna's birthday.
It looks like RBR will appeal for Ricciardo's disqualification but last I checked Button is now officially P3. Oh believe me, I want it to rain in Sepang. __________________

Yes, they're going to appeal. The court date it's on April 14th.
For now, it looks like in Malaysia will be very hot but no signs of rain yet __________________

Again I'll be able to watch both Quali & the race itself live this weekend. They only races I don't watch are U.S. and Canada because of the 12/13 hours time difference.

Pretty disappointing race. To all the people complaining about how bad for F1 was SV's domination, I don't see how the Mercedes domination is any better. They have even more advantage than RB had last year
And poor Dan Ricciardo, two solid performances and still no points, he does have bad luck. __________________

I'll be watching live Quali in Bahrain in a bit and the race live tomorrow. I believe Bahrain is a very dry circuit so let's see if it will rain (which I hope won't be the case on this race).

^I hope you had a great time.
What a great race! For me there is a huge different between now and the Red Bull domination of previous years, Nico and Lewis raced from start to finish, Red Bull would have told their drivers to hold position and there would have been no excitement at the front for the last 10 laps. I'm not sure Mercedes were exactly happy about how close they were getting but I love that Nico and Lewis put on a great show for the crows and for those watching on TV, best race in a long time! I'm sure Red Bull will bounce back but I love seeing Lewis back on that podium. I'm slightly surprised though at how far back Ferrari are at the moment, Alonso was celebrating being 9th which just seemed wrong. __________________

Fantastic drive by Lewis today and Nico too, they put on a great show for fans with competitive and aggressive driving but managing to stay within the limits of fair racing. Just. Unlike a certain someone *cough* Maldonado *cough*.

I missed Bahrain GP because it aired here at 11PM Sunday night. Was it really always that time? Because I remember being able to catch it before.

UGH. Now I'm going to miss 3 races this year (because of my timezone). The other 2 are Canada & USA.

i love formula 1 for a long time anf my driver is Sebastian Vettel. Hes wonderful. But his car sucks for this season.
im always on board that every single car should be the same in every little thing. the only diference is the driver, than it would be fun. but it will never happen __________________
