RP is in a new vampire film called 'A Place Among The Dead' which was co-written and directed by Juliet Landau who of course was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I guess she really loves vampires!

I know how you feel. I've been raiding all my streaming services for stuff that's new to me and watched a couple of series that I think are from the 80s or 90s.

Sometimes movies or books are released with different titles due to cultural differences/references not everyone would get/ways to appeal to different markets. One example of this, not title wise, but in Hamilton, the line "John Adams doesn't have a real job anyway," was changed to "the Vice President doesn't have a real job anyway," when it opened in other countries, since they weren't going to assume people who don't live in the U.S. know John Adams was the first Vice President. Ditto for Burr's line, "Weehawken, dawn, guns drawn," being changed to "New Jersey, dawn, guns drawn."
In this case my immediate reaction is that Fall of a Kingdom might be a title the marketing team views as one that would be more appealing to UK audiences.

Thanks, Nicole. I do know why they do it, my comment was more a cry of despair!

In this case, Rising Hawk sounds like a positive, inspiring story, but Fall of a Kingdom sounds pretty negative to me. I'm sure some PR/marketing company was paid a lot of money for the advice to change it, though!
