I almost wish Robert was actually playing Perry Mason. That would be such a fascinatingly different role for him.

Looks like it might be quite good, if a little too 'gritty' for me to actually enjoy.

Looks like they're trying for a film noir feel. I'll definitely watch the first episode but if it gets too Raymond Chandler, I probably won't stick with it.

Perry Mason has been renewed for another season. I don't know if that will include RPs character, or not.

RP has taken part in a fun charity video with other cast members from The X-Files, singing specially written lyrics to the theme tune! (Pity he forgot to put on a shirt, though! )

Thanks! That was epic. Seems several of the folks were dressing very casual for this, which is fine. This is such an amazing cast and crew to do something like this after all these years.

The movie RP went to the Ukraine to film over two years ago - The Rising Hawk - is finally being released (in the US only, as far as I can see) on 2nd October.
