Isn't little Nikos dead? He was tortured by Tom at the beginning of S4 because they needed informatie from him and I though Red shot him after that but I am not sure anymore.

I still wonder who was driving the truck that picked her up. For all we know it could have been her sister Jess. But would she really come out of witness protection after 20 years to pick up her sister?

It's her sister so maybe... Why else would Red make a point about the sister in a "dead" Kaplan world... It would have been irrelevant otherwise.

I somehow thought that Little Nikos died Like tons of inner bleedings and stuff? How would they be able to fix it? And with all that's been said and done after the torture was over I really thought he was dead. Maybe he isn't

I somehow doubt it is the sister. I can't even say why, I just don't believe it's been the sister.

I still assume she called somebody and was picked up by that person. Not the mountain man I assume and maybe not even somebody we know yet... Maybe an associate of hers She might have those, too.

Last time we'd see Little Nicos he was still alive and doctor came to him.
Tom didn't want to kill him. Tom'd want to keep him alive as long as need.
So he'd made painful but not deadly injurings.

I think the line about Mr.Kaplan's sister was in show just to say Red's regret.

I was pretty sure we'll never see again a mountain man. But at IMDb in cast and crew to episode 4.16 I see "Ed Heavey ... stunt double: Leon Rippy ".
Seems I was wrong and he will be in some next episodes...

I really thought Little Nikos was dead as well but guess we were both wrong Kris. Thanks for clarifying it for us nsuzd.

I have a feeling that when we see Kaplan we see the mountain man as well.
