So lets say that I believe that the story Dom told to Liz isn't true... Not all of it at least. But why did he do that? I'm wondering as well.

What if Dom knows that Katarina is still alive?

And what does Red mean with "They are actively looking for Katarina."? Who? It must be somebody who knows she's still alive... Which consulate? Was that ever mentioned? Any consulate?
