Yeah I blame her for giving them the idea. I just don't see how she can make both sides happy in the last episode. Cate being preganant and her and Ryan get back together and Baze moving unto Emma. I don't see how that is good for Cate and Baze.

I am just not a big Liz fan right now.

I actually don't think cR will stick. It will prob cb getting closer (looking like they reunite) and CR just being coparents.

Liz said they wouldn't allow her to do too much CB, they wanted her to steer away from the triangle. The CW interfered way too much and put all these conditions on Liz in order to have another season. I don't see why people are coming down on her so hard but I guess that's what happens when the studio doesn't let her speak up.

Agreed. It's not like she knew about these conditions before she wrote the s1 finale so how was she to know that by marrying CR, this would happen and she would be forced to not write as much CB? The CW messed with her plan/vision.

Exactly. They are literally covering their butts - so far as to ask Danielle to take down a blog post that she published of Liz's open letter to her fans I wish I could have read it but I just saw the link to it this morning. I'm honestly outraged.

I think if Liz had the creative freedom we would have gotten so much better. The CW just wants to fix their idiocy by removing the show all together and erase traces of the fact that they screwed up. They thought they knew their viewers when obviously they don't, Liz had this regardless if CR married or not - I truly believe that but to each their own. The fact that she was so open last night to answering Joy's tweets alone shows how much they're trying to screw her and the show over but they won't let her speak up. Ugh!

Hi Gen! Welcome! I'm glad you have discovered CB and LUX. I see you are a Cappie/Casey shipper as well! (I think I recognize you from the Greek board, but I have not been on in awhile). I love CC so much, and I can't wait for Greek to return for it's last season in January.

1. I LOVE Liz's FB post - as if there was any doubt that she's a CB shipper.

2. The kitchen scene in last night's episode was adorable It really reminded me of the old CB banter. So fun. Thanks for the transcript, Lisa! You are the queen of quotes.

3. Other than that, I was disappointed that we didn't get more CB build-up. Like I said in the episode discussion...with only three episodes left, I'm getting anxious and impatient. I'm trying to be positive about the Cate pregnancy, but...it still stings. It's just getting harder to imagine a way this can turn out well for CB in three episodes...but anything is possible, and who knows what twists are still in store.

4. Joy's tweets with Liz: I AM LIVID!!!!!!!! Seriously, not only is the CW screwing with the family aspect of the show by "expanding the world," but they are responsible for the lack of CB and this EPIC love triangle as well!!!!! All I feel is rage right now. How could they be that clueless about what viewers want?!! Really, the idiocy is remarkable. I truely believe that if Liz had been given creative freedom, we would all happy and satisfied - and this show would not be in danger of cancellation. I can't believe that they even asked Danielle to take down Liz's letter to her fans! That's just pure evil. My letter to Dawn is getting longer and longer.

5. While Liz DID choose to have CR get married in the first place...I know now that she had a long-term vision and the CW is messing that up. It's hard to put any of the blame on her.

ETA: I adore the CB talk in Kris' new blog. Definitely have to comment on that one. It's nice to know that they understand fans want CB, and that Liz isn't afraid to admit she's a CB shipper. Like Lisa said, I need these outside sources to give me hope, because the show itself has been giving me nothing.

It would be an appropriate title since, according to Cate in the pilot, the condom Baze used had been in his wallet for 2 years. I took that to mean it had been damaged before they used it or it broke.
