This is why i don't get why Alison's version of the next morning should be more believable than Noah. Alison's conversation with Whitney was significant, so she remembers that, but if Noah was not there that moment, even in her POV, there is no reason for him to remember what may have happened between Alison and Whitney because he wasn't there. He rightly only remembers his conversation with Whitney at the train station.

Looking at that promo again, i thought that Oscar may know what happened and he is going to ask Helen and the lawyer a compensation. In the scene where Oscar is at the lawyer's office, i think i saw some money on the desk. He doesn't look confortable there anyway.
