How much time did Emily have with Nik and Spencer as their own little family before she died?

Well NEm were together with Spencer for Christmas 2006 and Emily died Nov. 2007 so they had about a year and a half together. We didn't have much of them on screen together the last scene between Emily and Spencer I believe was in Spring 2007 with that virus story they had going on.

Basically they didn't have much time together at all.
 Although the plan was always for Emily to be the stepmother and for Nikolas and Emily to get married and have children of there own. |

Of course when Courtney was pregnant, Nikolas was with her but she was hurt because she saw how much Nikolas clearly loved Emily.
Eventually though Courtney gave birth through c-section and Nikolas named Emily as the step mother and the evil Helena came in town to kidnap Spencer, and Emily allows herself to get taken to save Spencer. During this time, the friendship between Nikolas/Emily was sort of like how it was in 2003, when Nikolas was helping Emily with her cancer and pretending not to be in love with her... although come on, it was obvious he did and it was ridiculous that they weren't together.  They eventually got back together though, and I think you saw the scene because you mentioned it before when you saw some Nem top 10 moment list. |

I remember that scene, and actually that was very recent since it was only last year.
So, his love even than was still very much an existence. He was talking to the evil Helena I think. Sadly, I think that was the beginning of the Nikolas you see on the Soaps today. The Nikolas that Stefan would've loved to see in 2003, but of course it was his love for Emily that kept him to the good side and never fully embraced any of the darkness was because of Emily.I think Helena was finally happy about how controlling Nikolas had became.   I'll try to find the scene from you, I just have to search Nikolas 2015 scene with Helena and see if something comes up. |
