And borrow and tomorrow and other words like that follow the sorry thing. Like bore-oh and tuh-more-oh.

If those descriptions make as much sense typed as they do in my mind, then I'll be impressed. xD

I wanted to slap Adam's mother throughout MBIAC!
She was just being SO selfish, its NOT about her, its about Adam.
I see her point of view through, I do,
but she could be more accepting then that.
If Adam was my child I would accept him,
no questions asked, probably easier said then done, but people need to be more...accepting and open minded. >.<

That's not it, NoSeriously, I don't think. That song plays in the scene right after the restaurant scene. The one I want also has a female vocal part in there somewhere. It's the part when Gracie (Adam) first walks into the restaurant and sits down.

Hmmm interesting... Yeah I ought to pay attention more next time ^.^' I actually decided to check a couple of videos on the Canadian accent and I noticed the "oo" vs "ow" sound NoSeriously pointed out. In the case of those words, I actually say them with the "ow" sound vs the "oo" sound... And I think the same goes for my friends here...
I kinda don't get the "sorry" tho ^.^' How do you guys say it?

Yeah, it's mainly a guy, though with girl backing vocals, I think. I keep listening to that part over and over again, but I still can't really make out the lyrics. I googled what I thought were the right ones, but it turned up nothing.

Oh really? Well then the next time I call my relatives in the US I'll ask them to say a bunch of words like "house", "out" , and "sorry" just to see the difference XD. I never payed attention to these kinds of things before. Mostly because I've never met anyone with a "true" Canadian accent. My accent is more similar to the American I guess (although I do say "sore-y" instead of "sarry" XP)

Since I never actually picked up on anything odd in terms of pronouncation of words in Degrassi I guess yeah, my accent pretty much matches theirs.
