I think they only have it in US Netflix. I know they don't have it on the Aussie Netflix, which is where I live.

I think the Naley storyline in season 2 is just messed up. For one thing, the tour was happening in real life so she only could be on a certain amount of episodes and I don't fault her for following her dreams, but she lied to Nathan too so Haley wasn't completely in the right with that either. They both made mistakes and I'm glad that Nathan did take reposnsibility for it and encouraged her to follow her dreams later on. They both encouraged each other to follow their dreams later and they did. They were reallly young in season 2, they wanted to be selfis and yeah that caused some problems, but yeah I do agree that it could have been written better.

Joy being on tour didn't mean that the drama between Naley had to be about an tour imo. It should have been about an academic scholarship or something along those lines and saved the music storyline for S3 or 4.

It really didn't. They went with the tour to highlight a poor Nathan narrative as if Haley following her dreams was wrong.
