The episode stills are out for 6x04. No Damon or DE, just Elena and Stafen at a bar. Seem like they are talking about Elena moving on and maybe about the flashback.

Why are people upset at the SE stills. There not going to be anything happening with them. Paul and CD made that clear that they would not get back together. Even Nina turned down SE getting back together.

^^I haven't seen anyone upset by the stills like you said, the last week has been filled with cast and crew putting down any SE romantic hope. Big time.

Judging by the stills and synopsis for 6x03 & 6x04, Elena seems to still be in the process of trying to move on. Why would that be necessary if she doesn't remember Damon or love him? I think there's gonna be a twist in the compulsion next episode or maybe she decides not to go through with it in the way she first suggested.

Your right, if she is compelled to forget Damon love why would she need help from stafen to move on. Yes Bonnie died too but she died before so way would she need move on from that. Unless it's about mystic falls but that can't be it.

Maybe Alaric compelling didn't work right or he is a newbie and it doesn't work at all. It just doesn't make since at all.

Personally I think the compulsion will be a failure anyway and her pain at his loss will remain, however from what was said and the promo I'm presuming only her love for him was taken away. She will still remember him and that he was her boyfriend who died. She will still have to move on but with this compulsion is meant to find it easier and actually be able to see a future. Despite knowing to have lost her boyfriend....

Can we just skip to episode 6x07 and 6x08. I need to know want going to happen with DE.

Edit: there is a preview of the next episode. Talking about Elena and Enzo. There is also a spoiler about DB and how there going to be like a married couple, but they will find out what going on or something like. I think I'm going to hate the Damon and Bonnie storyline. They need to stop saying they act like a married couple.

Ausiello: Enzo makes his triumphant return this Thursday, and he’s a man on a mission. “He’s his same mischievous, slightly conniving self, but he’s also one of the only ones actively trying to figure out what happened to Damon and to see if he can get him back,” Michael Malarkey says. And even though Enzo and Damon didn’t end things on the best of terms before they both died, it sounds like that’s all water under the bridge. “Their friendship spans over quite a number of years,” Malarkey adds. “He just wants his buddy back.”
