And Hugh Grant plays Hugh Grant (only not really, but you know what I mean). So that's awesome.
yeah, he's like Michael Caine or Ray Winstone

I'd have said Morgan Freeman instead of Ray Winstone, but basically, yeah.

Kali Do you like musicals usually? Because Bride & Prejudice is one in the way that Bollywood are (or so I hear).

It's not all music all the time, but there are big cheesy set pieces that are delightful if you can get into them. But, if you're not a fan of musicals, I don't know how you'd find them. Also, don't look for Kitty in that version. There are four Bakshi daughters, not five.

I absolutely love Bride & Prejudice. I'm just saying that it's pure cheese, but in the best way.

If you do watch it, I dare you to not have "No Life, Without Wife" stuck in your head for the rest of the day.

I haven't seen Lost in Austen or the Jane Austen Book Club, nor have I read the latter. But I own the two DVDs and the book. So, you know, only a question of time.

Sunny, I looked up the trailer on YT. It looks likes its gonna be a fun one! I don't dislike musicals but they aren't exactly a favorite. But Bride & Prejudice looks really entertaining. I can't believe I've never heard of if before now. It's been around for awhile.

Kali Sometimes life still has surprises for us.

Besides, unless you're aware of the Aishwarya Rai of it all, there really were no big stars in this movie. So no reason for it to get much attention when it came out.

I mean, the male star (Martin Henderson) is the new doctor on Grey's Anatomy next season. We're not talking George Clooney levels of fame here.

I think I'd be kicked out of the family if I was super excited about the new Star Wars.

That's a typo.

I meant I'd be kicked out of the family if I wasn't excited about the new Star Wars movie.

My first movie ever was one of them. My parents lined up to attend the original trilogy. My brother and I did the same for the last trilogy. It's in our blood.

Yeah, right now, the new Star Wars is about the only upcoming movie I'm looking foward to.

I've seen a bunch of previews for Tom Hanks's Bridge of Spies, but I can't tell if it'll be any good and it's not really my sort of movie, in general.

I'm sure something will catch my eye soon enough.
