I watched "The Departed" yesterday. Hard to believe that in 2016 that movie will be 10 years old!

That's a great movie, as long as you don't mind the Boston accent.

That's what I noticed the most about the film. How they kept the accent up. I kept listening for anyone to drop it just a little!

Oh to have Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg in the same movie.

I need another one with those two

And what's wrong with the Bostonian accent?

Anyway, nice picture indeed, but I sort of lost interest in that series once they killed Marie.

^^ I know what you mean Sunny, I liked Marie, but the story itself is still really intriguing!

I'm planning to watch a movie in a bit called: "Awaiting", 2015, Horror Film!

Plot:

Morris is a recluse with psychotic tendencies, whose life changes when his innocent daughter Lauren rescues one of his victims and befriends him. Jake, an ordinary businessman, soon realises that he is stranded and his presence in the house gradually reveals unexpected and dark mysteries from the past.

I've come to the conclusion that what interests me in movies (or in books, TV shows, etc.) are the relationships between characters. And I don't mean romantic relationships exclusively. I quite enjoyed John Singleton's Four Brothers and (a) if ever a movie was full of violent nonsense, this was it, and (b) whatever romantic relationships were in it were ancillary at best.

I like movies about friends, families and, sure, romantic relationships. But I need people relating to each other in a way other than "I'm gonna kill you" to grab my attention.

So, yeah, Marie was my in to the Bourne movies. It so happens that there was a romantic storyline there, but it was more about the fact that Jason Bourne cared about someone. Marie could have been swapped for Short Round and that character was still going to be the reason I was watching.

^ Well I like action movies so I like them despite any human connections. Its all upto what we like ofcourse

I watch the movie because of Matt Damon. And his portrayal of Bourne. I didnt watch the Bourne Legacy cuz he wasnt in it.

Ahhh Four Brothers. I swell up everytime Garrett hedlunds character dies..

Four Brothers was a great film!

I like a lot of different films, and tend to watch a lot of psychological horror, mysteries, period piece and historical style, a la "Braveheart" style films.
