Kali Do you like musicals usually? Because Bride & Prejudice is one in the way that Bollywood are (or so I hear).
It's not all music all the time, but there are big cheesy set pieces that are delightful if you can get into them. But, if you're not a fan of musicals, I don't know how you'd find them. Also, don't look for Kitty in that version. There are four Bakshi daughters, not five.
I absolutely love Bride & Prejudice. I'm just saying that it's pure cheese, but in the best way.
If you do watch it, I dare you to not have "No Life, Without Wife" stuck in your head for the rest of the day.
I haven't seen Lost in Austen or the Jane Austen Book Club, nor have I read the latter. But I own the two DVDs and the book. So, you know, only a question of time.
